Stroller Tag Lets Onlookers Report Nanny Behavior
NEW YORK, October 20, 2006 - First the nanny-cam -- now the stroller-tag.

A numbered tag attached to baby's carriage or stroller may allow passers-by to alert mom and dad that their stroller-pushing nanny is out of line.
The device is the brainchild of a New York City prosecutor who figured that if strollers came with something like a license plate, onlookers could reportbad nanny behavior.
The $50 plates registered to HowsMyNanny.com let tipsters jot down the number and send an e-mail to parents.
A 40-year-old mother of three tells New York's Daily News there's "nothing better than getting feedback." But an executive with the group Prevent Child Abuse America says parents should know that child abuse usually occurs behind closed doors.
