3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Main hazards
Harmful by inhalation and if swallowed. May cause sensitisation by skin contact. Very
toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic
environment.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Skin contact
Wash off immediately with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing.
May cause irritation to skin. Seek medical attention if irritation or symptoms persist.

Eye contact
Rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes holding the eyelids open. Contact
lenses should be removed. May cause irritation to eyes. Seek medical attention.

Inhalation
Move the exposed person to fresh air. If breathing stops, provide artificial respiration.
Seek medical attention.

Ingestion
Immediate medical attention is required. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Drink 1 to 2
glasses of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

General information
In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the
label where possible).

Carbon dioxide (CO2) Dry chemical. Foam. Water spray.
Do NOT use . Water jet.

Fire hazards
Do not release chemically contaminated water into drains, soil or surface water. Take
care to retain water used for extinguishing and dispose of according to local regulations.
Burning produces compounds of carbon, oxygen and chlorine.
