Simply keep your pharmacy receipt for every purchase of Vedaﬁ l®, complete your Buzz Card including your nominated pharmacy for pick
up and send with the receipts to Mylan New Zealand. Mylan will then send your free pack of Vedaﬁ l® to that pharmacy. Remember you
still need a prescription to pick up your free pack, and a pharmacy fee may apply.
To obtain your frequency card, ﬁ ll in the attached form and send to Mylan New Zealand. Every time you ﬁ ll your Buzz Card we will send
you a replacement card, or pick one up from your pharmacy or doctor on your next visit.

Vedaﬁ l® (Sildenaﬁ l citrate) 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg tablets are a prescription medicine used for the treatment of erectile problems resulting in a natural response
to sexual stimulation. Vedaﬁ l® is not suitable for all males with erectile problems. Ask your doctor if Vedaﬁ l® is suitable for you. Do not take Vedaﬁ l® if you are
taking any nitrates medication (used to treat angina and other heart conditions).
Not to be taken by women. Do not take if you have:
a severe liver
problem; heart or blood vessel problems and have been advised to avoid sexual intercourse; had a heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months; certain eye
conditions known as non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy or heredity eye disorders; unusually high or low blood pressure. Do not use with other
erectile dysfunction treatments including herbal products. Tell your doctor if you have:
heart or blood vessel problems; other disorders of the penis; cancer
of the blood or bone marrow; blood disease known as sickle cell anemia; kidney or liver problems; diabetes; or are taking any other medicines. Vedaﬁ l® may
aﬀ ect your ability to perform skilled tasks. Be careful driving or operating machinery until you know how Vedaﬁ l® aﬀ ects you. Always read the label carefully
and use strictly as directed.
Possible side eﬀ ects include: headache, ﬂ ushing, blocked nose, urinary tract infection, short lived disturbances in vision, diarrhoea,
indigestion, dizziness, rash. Serious side eﬀ ects requiring urgent medical attention include: chest pain; sudden decrease or loss in hearing; ﬁ ts; painful or
persistent erections; sudden loss of vision. If symptoms continue or you have side eﬀ ects, see your health professional. Full Consumer Medicine Information
